Hello,
I have a question about developing ClassicPan 200 in F09. Up until now, I’ve been developing ClassicPan 200 in Rodinal
at a dilution of 1:100 for 20 minutes.
Now I’m experimenting with F09 and have developed a roll of film for 9 minutes at a dilution of 1:40 and for 12 minutes at a dilution of 1:100
(developer chart from jandcphotography.com). I get the best results with the 1+40 dilution;
the negatives developed with 1+100 are faint. Does anyone perhaps have different experiences with this film and developer? I’m most interested in the 1+100 dilution,
Greetings from Holland, Jelke

The Foto Impex chart specifies a development time of 11–13 minutes at a dilution of 1:40, whilst the J&C chart specifies 9 minutes at the same dilution. :D

I would recommend the table from FOTOIMPEX.
JandC also lists Classic = Rodinal, and Rodinal is almost 20% more concentrated....

Hi Mirko, thanks for your reply. How many minutes do I need to develop the film with a 1+100 dilution?

There's a factor printed on the bottle.
