Hallo Leute, der Herbst ist fast da und da dachte ich ein etwas weniger sommerliches Design könnte für's Forum jetzt gut kommen. Wenn’s Euch nicht gefällt...

Hi everyone, Autumn is almost here, so I thought a slightly less summery design might be just the thing for the forum right now. If you don’t like it, we’ll revert back to the old one. Best wishes, Mirko

Actually, a touch more SW suits the company, and the digitally produced blue tone looks quite good. Best regards, Franz

The colour scheme is actually quite nice. How about adding a few more topics to help people find their way around more easily? For example: questions about photographic film; questions about enlargers... That might make it a bit easier to find your way around. Best regards, Micha

Nah, just make it a bit more organised. The number of posts is fine for now, but what will it be like in a year’s time? There’ll be 100 threads on Efke 25 and 57 on baryta and… Just a thought… Don’t give me a hard time about it just yet Micha

Micha, There’s no question of me being heavy-handed. I just still haven’t quite got it. If I change something, people immediately say I’m trying to exert influence. But your point is valid. We could actually abstract some of the older threads. I’ll give it some thought... Mirko

Hi Mirko, I think Micha is actually thinking along the same lines as you. A knowledge base or an FAQ section where you can look things up if you need something quickly and don’t want to trawl through all the old threads. Otherwise, I actually think it’s fine as it is, because I usually pop in almost every day to see if anything interesting has been posted, and as long as the traffic isn’t too high, it’s easy to keep up with, unlike in other forums.
