Hello,
I took over the science lab at our primary school today, tidied it up and gave it a good clean. Whilst I was doing that, I came across a Kodak Ektaflex Printmaker 8. It looks like a colour processor. Has anyone ever used one of these and could tell me how it works, or perhaps send me a copy of the instruction manual?
Best regards, Sven.

This system was available more than 10 years ago. It worked in much the same way as today’s professional Polaroid films.
Sheet 1 was subjected to exposure, then briefly dipped in a solution and laminated onto Sheet 2 (the Printmaker was required for this). The sheets were then separated (after a certain amount of time).
Sheet 2 was rinsed and dried. Agfa produced a similar system, but only for slides.
The process is called silver salt diffusion.

Hi Detlev,
Thanks for the info. I’d assumed the part was for a cave tank and thought it might still be of some use. But I suppose not.
Many thanks.
Best regards, Sven.
