Hi, I’ve loaded my first roll film 120 into the Zeiss Ikon 250/7 and forgot to put the film advance lever in place... So my question is, is it enough to wind the film to the second frame, or is it completely ruined???? I’d really appreciate a reply. Best regards, Stefan

6x6 or 6x9? With 6x6, you’ll still get some light leak on the second frame. But you can work that into the composition. Frame 3, or frame 4 at the latest, should be fine. Depending on how tightly or loosely the film is wound onto the reel, you might still get some light leak at the edges.
With 6x9, the third frame should be fine.

Hi, thanks for your reply... It's 6x9, so I'll use the reel to rewind to frame 3 and give it a go. Best regards, Stefan

Hi, thanks for your reply... It’s 6x9 format. I used a reel to wind the film to frame 3 and got started. I had my first go in the darkroom this evening and ended up with six really lovely negatives... Best wishes, Stefan
