Hello everyone,
I take photos now and then in my spare time and, to save money, I’ve recently started scanning my pictures myself. I use an Epson Perfection V370 Photo for this.
The resolution and quality of the images are absolutely sufficient for my needs. However, there are always horizontal stripes appearing on the images, which I unfortunately cannot ignore. The darker the areas, or the larger the areas of the same colour in the image, the more noticeable they are. Black areas are practically criss-crossed with stripes.
I’ve already tried a lot of things (different resolutions and scanning programmes, as well as scanning in complete darkness) – unfortunately without success so far; the stripes remain.
Epson isn’t responding to my enquiry; do you perhaps have any ideas?
Many thanks for your help and best regards
Oliver

Hi Oliver!
Does it look like this:

That was just dirt on the glass.
It would be best to post a scan.
Regards,
Wolfgang
