Dongrappo
Hello everyone
First of all, a quick introduction, as I’m brand new here after having browsed the forum from time to time.
My name is Werner, nicknamed Dongrappo, and I’m getting back into the world of analogue photography. I have quite a bit of experience and knowledge when it comes to photography, but only a little when it comes to darkroom work.
After a very, very long time, I’m currently setting up a darkroom again. I’ve managed to get hold of most of the necessary equipment. Most of it was even given to me, or practically given to me.
That’s just as well, as financially speaking I’m unfortunately operating at a very, very low level. An expensive hobby, no money – a difficult mix, I know! Or perhaps just an interesting challenge.
Oh yes, I develop films at home every now and then anyway.
Well, I just need the chemicals. I don’t think I’ll get very far with Caffenol when it comes to paper. :-)
My question now is: is there anyone here in the Bremen area who orders consumables from time to time? If so, a collective order would make a lot of sense from both an economic and an ecological point of view, wouldn’t it?
Perhaps this already exists, but I haven’t found anything about it here on the forum yet.
If anyone is interested in this, or is already organising something like this, please do get in touch.
Otherwise, I’ll try to get the rest of the bits and pieces together. It’s taking a while.
