ADOX is turning many of its old developers into new, eco-friendly versions. I think that’s brilliant.
Perhaps you at ADOX could tell us a bit more about this here.
For example,
is XT-3 really very eco-friendly because it no longer contains any toxic substances?
What about D-76 Eco?
And what about HC-110?
It hasn’t become any more environmentally friendly than the original, mind you.
But I only need 10ml to perform the development for a roll of film.
With D-76 or XT-3, I need at least 15 times as much – about 150ml for one roll of film.
Does that mean the HC-110 is still significantly less environmentally friendly?
All the best.
