It’s always tricky to recommend a camera. You should be able to find something suitable for 500 euros.?
Interchangeable lenses, fixed focal length, heavy camera, light camera, with a light meter, developing your own prints, scanning, etc.?!
At the moment I’m shooting with a Bronica SQ-A:

I’m really happy with it. But the camera isn’t light. Before that, I used to take photos with a Rolleicord Va Type II:

. MTB tours with the camera were no problem. Both are available second-hand for around 300 EUR on eBay. A twin-lens Rolleiflex is a dream. I once saw one on offer for around 500 EUR. Hasselblad is brilliant too, of course. You can definitely take good photos with the cameras mentioned. I’d start with an affordable camera. Especially at the beginning, you often find yourself wanting to switch.
