That looks like a Fuji Frontier (or something like that?) scan for 10x15 prints. That’s fine.
?
Almost :) Here’s the official description. The EXIF data for the images contains (for those who really want to know) even more detailed information about the machine, but I’ve already overwritten the relevant fields in my files with more pertinent details.

General information about our colour processing service:
Colour processing is carried out in collaboration with a professional specialist laboratory in Berlin.
We process C41 colour negative films (35mm and medium format), as well as E6 35mm transparencies, in an Agfa Minilab continuous-feed machine.
Slide roll films are developed in a hanging tank machine.
Cross-processing of slide transparencies using the C41 process is also possible.
With every 35mm film development, you will receive a 10x15cm index print as an overview of the images.
Unlike our black and white prints, our colour photo prints are not hand-printed but are computer-automated exposures with a digital intermediate stage (scan) on Fuji Supreme photographic paper.
