Hi Tim,
I hope you see this; I’ve created a new thread for the sake of clarity.
So, you asked about the development times for N74 in track chemistry. I’ve now had time to experiment and have tried it in Acurol. I get the impression that N74 doesn’t react as strongly to different developers as its little brother does.
I exposed the N74 at around 400 ASA and developed it at a ratio of approx. 1:70 at approx. 20°C. I say ‘approx.’ because although I worked carefully, I didn’t have any calibrated equipment.
The development time was 30 minutes, with a 1-minute continuous agitation followed by gentle shaking.
Image attached (unfortunately it doesn’t do justice to the actual quality – I’m no scanning pro).
But I must also ask the heretical question: why do you want to use such outrageously expensive chemicals?
Just for fun, I did a test with Adotol Liquid NE 1:15 for 3 mins. Actually an experiment in green-grain development.
I’ve included an example as well.

PS: For some reason, the upload isn’t working as I’d like – I hope it’s gone through.

Hi Achim,
Thanks, that gives me a starting point.
Why SPUR? Because I like the developers and because I like the company.
