Hello!
I’m looking for a lens board with a 23.5 mm mount for my Axomat 4a. Our supplier only stocks the 39 mm version. Can anyone help me out?

There are adapters available that convert from 23.5 mm to 39 mm. I used to have one of those for my 50 mm Anaret enlarger lens. That would be an alternative to the circuit board.

Hi Mario,
If you’re lucky enough to find a M 39 mount board, be sure to snap it up. Then buy a high-quality second-hand 6-element lens to go with it; the good Meopta lenses also have an M 39 mount.

Hi Mario,
I’d also advise you to go for a higher-quality lens. If you have to buy an adapter ring, you’re not far off the price of a Rodagon or similar.
I think I’ve even got a few lenses left over – let me know what you need, dirt cheap!
