This might not strictly belong in this forum, but I’m still curious: what sort of colour prints are currently on offer at FOTOIMPEX? Hand-printed prints? On what kind of paper?

? At that price, though, those would have to be extremely overworked hands :-( ? No. These are relatively good standard prints to round out the shop’s range so we don’t have to keep turning customers away. If things go well, we could of course expand this to include hand-printed copies, though naturally at a completely different price. ? Best regards, ? Mirko

That’s cool, I hadn’t realised. Do you handle the development and printing yourselves, or do you use an external service provider?

General information about our photo development service: Photo development is carried out in collaboration with a professional specialist laboratory in Berlin.

@Mirko : I think that’s brilliant. I’m not one of those people you’re constantly having to send things off to, but that’s only because I haven’t dared to ask about colour development until now. That saves quite a bit of driving about :) What I’d be interested to know: could you perhaps link to a full-resolution reference scan of a colour negative and/or slide, so we can get an idea of what the scans look like? Thank you!
