I find the 500 ml bottles, for example for Adofix and acetic acid, very suitable for hobbyists. On my wish list for this bottle size, I’d also add:
- Adotol. It does have a very long shelf life (even after a year in an opened 1.25-litre bottle, it was still perfectly fine); but still: smaller would be better.
- Perhaps a watering accelerator as well.

Hi Tepe,
?
Adotol is already available in a small size as Baby-Adotol (100ml) – or do you mean 500ml?
We’re currently working on the water-accelerator (Agfa Washaid formula).

What’s meant is a standard 500 ml bottle. After all, 100 ml is really more of a trial size. For regular users, even the 250 ml bottles from other brands are a bit on the small side. Besides, as I occasionally use warm-tone paper, I’d prefer to stick with Adotol WA.
The range from 100 to 1250 ml is quite large. This is particularly true for such a high-yield developer. I use it in a 1+15 dilution at 25 °C as a ‘single-use developer’ for just one session. 1.25 litres of concentrate then yields 20 litres of working solution. That lasts me longer than I’d like. A 500 ml container would fill a gap here.
