Hello everyone,
?
What have your experiences been with Foma 200 Creative?
?
[font=arial, helvetica, sans-seriI developed a roll of Fomapan in Xtol 1+1 for 8:30 and measured the curve. The slope was 30/30/5x at 20°C
[font=arial, helvetica, sans-seriThe result was terrible ;-)?
[font=arial, helvetica, sans-seriFar too high in contrast; the curve shot straight up from Zone 3, and only an effective 100 ISO.
?
Zone 1: 0.10
Zone 2: 0.28
Zone 3: 0.51
Zone 4: 0.76
Zone 5: 1.02
Zone 6: 1.28
Zone 7: 1.53
Zone 8: 1.78
Zone 9: 2.05
Zone 10: 2.23
?
Does anyone have any ideas on how I should tackle this problem with Xtol? Change the tilt, dilution, etc.?

This is effectively an N+2 development (for subjects with low contrast). The curve is very straight, just as one usually wants it to be. You can achieve an N development (normal development) simply by shortening the development time.
