I’ve been taking analogue photos for several years now and, over time, I’ve accumulated a lot of items that I no longer need, so I’m asking here to see if anyone might be interested. I can send you photos on request if you’re interested.
I can also say with a clear conscience that, with a few exceptions, the items are in perfect condition – I’ve never even used many of them!
- 1 A complete ‘Bundeswehr photo lab’ – this is a very large olive-green wooden box which, when opened, transforms into a table and shelf in one. Inside, it contains absolutely EVERYTHING you need to develop film (from Minox, through 35mm to medium format), make and dry baryta and PE prints, and a whole lot of other bits and bobs that make more sense in the ‘field’ than in the lab.
However, as I said, it’s very large. When I bought it back then (that was my introduction to photography; once I had it, I couldn’t stop taking photos), the Bundeswehr sent it to me via a haulage company, but it also fits easily into the boot of a car – we’ve done that before when we took it to a camping trip, which was really cool :). As it cost quite a bit back then, I’d be asking around 120 euros for it; we can negotiate if you’re interested ;)
- 1 Meopta Axomat; I’ve never used it, but I’m happy to give it away – it’s also easy to post.
- 1 Meopta Opemus (supports up to medium format). I bought this brand new but never used it much. It has a colour filter drawer, though the glass pane has a crack – which doesn’t matter as it sits over the diffuser and is only there to stop the filter falling through. You can have it for about 20 euros, but the price is negotiable?
- Lots of PE paper – I don’t like PE, so if you’re interested, just ask ;)
- 3 darkroom lights: one very old Agfa light with loads of filters; the other two are standard Kindermann ones?
- Various exposure frames?
- A JoBo ATL 3, great bit of kit, with manual etc. I haven’t used it much, and bought it for just under 500 euros, but I’d be happy to part with it for around 300 euros – though that’s negotiable too?
