The liquid chemicals are probably ruined, but the powdered chemicals might still work. They’re not worth much, though (you could add them to other items). The same goes for the paper; it’s gone off and could be included as a bonus.
The most valuable item is the Durst enlarger; it could fetch €100. It’s probably complete; it looks that way from the photo. The Axomat isn’t worth much—perhaps €20—and the same applies to the ball enlarger. In my opinion, the single Fab mix head won’t fit on anything.

As for the ‘ball enlarger’, you should be able to find an enthusiast willing to pay more than €20. This is a Leitz Focomat 1x in decent condition. Have a look to see if the lens is still in it; if it’s the original 50mm Focotar, the unit has autofocus and adjusts the sharpness when the image size changes. If the optical performance isn’t enough for you, according to Leitz, you can also use a 2.8 Focotar from the last production run. A fine piece of kit.
