<P style="margin-left:0px;">Hello Mirko,
Just a quick question: has the base paper used for the Adox MCP 312 ever changed? I was comparing a few prints today and some of them seemed slightly less white than others (no, I’m not confusing it with the old Agfa MCP). The surface also seemed slightly different to me. All prints were untoned. It can’t have been caused by the different developer, can it? (Moersch SE2 vs. Ethol LPD).?
Please allow me one more question: what’s Polywarmton up to? I’m already getting impatient ;-)))
Best regards from [s]the Polywarmton fanatic[/s] Sandra

Hello Sandra,
We’ve never changed the carrier, as we don’t really have a choice anyway and, like everyone else, we’re stuck with Schoeller.
However, Schoeller has lost a major customer and has been scaling back production of PE carriers ever since.
What have you noticed? Are the newer images less white than the older ones?
That would indeed be unusual. The opposite would be normal, as the fluorescent whitening agents break down.
Best regards,
Mirko

Hi Mirko,
Thanks for the information. The older prints are slightly less white. The differences are only marginal, but I was just curious.
Best regards,
Sandra
