Second question about the Ikoflex:

The filter ring is probably 35.5 mm, as I seem to have fitted a skylight filter of that size on it at some point, but the thread pitch is completely different from that of modern filters.

It could also be that the camera doesn’t have a thread at all, but that these are simply rings. In that case, I’d need to use clip-on filters, like the ones I have for my old Voigtländer (though those are 32 mm).

So the question is: is that a thread, and if so, are there any adapters available, or can I get suitable filters?

Thanks for the link, pittyman, but I already knew about that. It just says what I already know.
I’ve got a B+W filter with a 35.5 mm thread, but it definitely doesn’t fit. You can see that the modern filter thread is cut much tighter. But I haven’t been able to find anything other than the 35.5 mm specification anywhere.
There’s just one more thing I’ve learnt now: you can also use 37 mm clip-on filters; I’ll have a look for some of those...
