CPD Hello! € I was delighted to discover that Fuji Acros will be available as sheet film from FOTOIMPEX from the end of August! € This means the FP4+ I’ve been using so far is out of the running. I always want to use the same emulsion across all formats from 35mm to large format, and that used to be a bit of a faff with Acros. € Unfortunately, it seems Acros isn’t available in sizes larger than 4x5". But I can live with that. :) € € Ciao!
Gast The ADOX CHS 100 II will be available in all formats. I have little confidence in the long-term availability of Fuji products. The Fuji Neopan 400, which has only just become available again in Germany, appears to have been discontinued in the US without replacement. I’d much rather put my trust in a German manufacturer. € Best regards, Wolfgang
CPD That’s certainly a valid point. But when is CHS II actually coming out? € It’s really important to me to be able to work with the same film stock across all formats (with a few exceptions, of course). That’s exactly the case with my go-to film, FP4+. And I’ve come to appreciate Acros in 120 format. € Ciao!
Gast If I’ve understood correctly, the film has already been cast but still needs to set. Production is due to start on 15 August. First 35mm and sheet film, then roll films. http://www.adox.de/ADOX_Filme/CHS100_II/index.html € Best regards, Wolfgang
