Yes, that’s certainly a good combination!
I’ve had some experience with similar developers (my own formulations).
You’ll need to expect a bit of grain, but in return you’ll get good speed and beautifully modulated grey tones.
To start with, you can use the development times for APX 100. The development times for APX 100 and Silvermax are (largely) identical.
You’ll still need to fine-tune them to suit your own film – but that’s nothing new.
