Hello, Yesterday I used my first roll of Silvermax, at ISO 400. I have a small bottle of Silvermax developer and a bottle of APH 09. Which one should I use? I was thinking APH 09, 1 hour, stand development, 1+100... right? (Sorry for my German...)

Why don’t you use the Silvermax developer, since you’ve already got it? It’s optimised for film, isn’t it …

Why 400 ISO?? Or is that why you asked about the developer?

Actually, the film’s speed is clearly printed on the cassette: 21 DIN / 100 ASA. All developers that have produced good results with APX 100 can be used with Silvermax with (almost) unchanged development times and equally good results. Best regards, Klaus

I’d like to use Silvermax developer, but what’s the development time for 400 ISO? I’ve set the speed on my camera to 400 ISO (2-stop push).

Very good, thank you, I will use the times for APX100 at 400 ISO from the Massive Development Chart. Unfortunately, there are no times listed for APX100 and Silvermax developer.
