Hello! I’ve been given a few pieces of photographic equipment and accessories that have been taken out of use. Unfortunately, I don’t know what they’re used for or which devices they belong to. Some of the macro kit, however, seems to me to be very specialised – in other words, built specifically for a particular purpose or as part of a system, machine or the like...

Hello Micse, I can’t say which devices these parts fit; you won’t be able to tell from the photos either. As well as the Diaduplicator that’s already been identified, I’ve spotted two more parts that are probably T2 adaptors; the internal thread is T2 and the connection on the camera side should usually be marked with an abbreviation such as Om, MD, etc. The light-coloured parts with a hammered finish are from some sort of laboratory setup, either for measuring lenses or for installation in a scientific experiment or holography setup. They could be very interesting for hobbyists, though. Regards, Achim
