As mentioned above, I’m looking for this canister and film spool. The spool must be able to hold 110 pocket film. If anyone knows of one, please get in touch.

You don’t have to use Jobo for 16mm.
Have a look at Kaiser development tanks. You can find them on eBay.
I develop 16mm film, from refilled 110 cassettes, in my Kaiser tank.
On some tanks, you can also create the missing groove with a file.
