The Adaox PAN 25 is back in stock and I’m thinking of giving it a go. I’ve got Moersch Eco and APH 09 developers here, but I can’t find any development recommendations for this film anywhere.
Does anyone here have any experience with these combinations? If not, which developer would you recommend?

Here is the table. APH09 = Rodinal time.
The film is now only available as roll film, if it’s still in stock.
You can also use the development times for Rollei Pan 25.

I couldn’t find anything under APH09/R09 on Digitaltruth. So are Rodinal and APH09 more or less the same in terms of processing times?
You write “as far as it’s still available”. Will it no longer be produced in future? How does it differ from CHS25? The text mentions “more modern” and “different sensitisation”, but that isn’t all that helpful.
