Pentax has developed a new mirrorless system camera, the Pentax K-01. It features the same K-mount as the digital SLR cameras and is fully compatible with the current range of Pentax lenses. Technically, the K-01 is a Pentax K-5 without a viewfinder or mirror. They share the same sensor and the same battery.
