american software companies run their european businesses from ireland because they get preferred taxation there.
I am talking about ebay destroying our used market section @ fotoimpex (you experienced this too) and the german politicians on top passing laws which put ebay in a preferred market situation by forcing dealers to give guarantee on used gears, financing all the shipping, being liable with all their capital for electrical hazard caused after 10 years of purchase by an 80 years old enlarger and all kinds of other fancy stuff.
So they are actively destroying their own dealer base in favour of a company which pays taxes in ireland.
