I think that ADOX is made by Fotokemika? While Foma is - Foma. So they're smilar, but I believe not made by the same factory.
I have never used a Durst M805, but I have printed 30x40cm from 6x4.5 negatives with an Opemus 6 with colour head. Sharpness, contrast, illumination and all are exellent.
